Where is Jenny’s office located? Jenny's office is conveniently located in San Jose at 920 Saratoga Avenue, which is between Westgate Mall and the 280 Freeway, closest to 280. Her building is next to Denny’s Restaurant.  Suite 212 is on the 2nd floor.

Will my therapy be confidential? Yes. Confidentiality is essential to good therapy.  Everything you tell Jenny is confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, except for rare situations involving certain legal issues (such as a court order),  reasonable suspicion of an incident of abuse of a child, an elderly person, or a dependent adult, and serious threat of harm to oneself or others.  If you are under 18 years old, please clarify with Jenny the limits of confidentiality.  

How long does each session last? Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes except for some family sessions which may be scheduled for 75 minutes.

How much does therapy cost? Therapy is a worthwhile investment of time, energy and money. Please contact Jenny for her current fee. Payment is made at the time of each session.  

Does Jenny accept credit card payments? Yes, Jenny accepts payments by Master Card, Visa, and Discover Cards.  Otherwise, clients usually pay by check or cash.

What about insurance? Currently, Jenny is on Valley Health Plan’s in-network insurance panel.  Other insurances may cover a good portion of your therapy expense.  Please contact your insurance company directly to find out their rate of reimbursement for out-of-network mental health providers.  Jenny will provide you with a monthly receipt for you to submit to your insurance to obtain reimbursement.
